Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days (15 to 20 business days on size customization orders), depending on your location. When placing an order with Caftan Dresses you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees as well as the cost of return shipping to Caftan Dresses. Also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. Standard shipping is FREE on all domestic orders over $150. For orders under $150 or sale items, flat rate shipping is available ($15 domestic, $45 international). Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will receive an e-mail confirmation along with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
All head office business days are Monday-Friday (10am - 5pm MST), excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Note: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On situations including customized products, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. We are not liable for parcels that are lost in transit when being shipped and/or returned. Customers are held responsible to contact their parcel carrier for any inquiries regarding shipments. We will, however, do our utmost best to accommodate our customers. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Taxes and Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Also, it is the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package and in rare occasion custom agents may delay delivery of some package.
Currency conversions: The prices listed on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. Your bank that has issued your credit card will determine the exact exchange rate when you pay, and it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. If products that are eligible for return or exchange (according to our return, cancellation, and exchange policies) are being returned to Caftan Dresses, the customer will be responsible for all shipping cost and fees. Also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
After 24 hours there will be no refund available for any purchases made on www.caftandresses.com. Authorized refunds will only be at the sole discretion of Caftan Dresses. No exceptions. After the 24 hours period, customer may be offered an exchange or store credit only at the sole discretion of Caftan Dresses. The items eligible to be returned must be in their original packaging with intact tags. Products must also NOT been worn, altered, damaged, or washed. Merchandise that is found in previously stated conditions, will not be refunded and will be returned at customer's own expense. A 15% restock fee will be applied to all returned orders. Policy will only apply if the product is returned in the period of 5 days. All Customized orders are final sale.
Canceled orders will NOT be granted a refund, no exceptions. Cancellations are authorized at the sole discretion of Caftan Dresses and in order to be authorized the order must be canceled within 24 hours after the placing of the order.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable on sale merchandise.
Exchanges are authorized only at the sole discretion of Caftan Dresses. Our policy only applies if the purchased items are in their original packaging with intact tags. Products must also NOT been worn, altered, damaged, or washed. Merchandise that is found in previously stated conditions, will not be exchanged and will be returned at customer's own expense. The item must be exchanged within the 5 days after the purchase has been received. Items returned after 5 days will not be accepted for store credit or exchange. Exchanges will be approved if the customer has received the incorrect or defective product.
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
If the customer is approved for store credit, the store credit will be available in the customer's online account for a matter of 6 months from the date the returned order has been received at Caftan Dresses main office. If the store credit if not use during the 6 month period, the credit will no longer be valid.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
ShahidaParides.com merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be exchanged to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the exchange policy of the originating retailer.
Please use the most economical shipping method for your exchange. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.
